We monitor your system, troubleshoot issues and send our team on-site when needed. For critical issues like a safety concern or power interruption to your home, support is available day or night.

Daily system monitoring
We monitor your system every day for anything abnormal.

30-day health check
We return 30 days after installation to ensure that everything is working as it should.

Technical assistance
We troubleshoot remotely where possible and send our ST-certified team onsite when needed.

Parts on hand
We keep most parts in stock, so we can fix things faster. Warranty claims may take longer.
On-site support when you need it
General support
For things that aren’t caused by a fault, such as relocating equipment during renovations. A fee may apply.
Preventive maintenance
We check the key parts of your system to help keep it running well. Complimentary visits as stated in your proposal.
Corrective maintenance
If something isn’t working properly, we inspect and fix it. Visits for faults covered under warranty are not charged.

Warranty made simple.
We stand behind every system we install with our own warranties, on top of what the manufacturers provide. If something goes wrong, you only deal with us.
Workmanship warranty
If a defect or damage is caused directly by our installation work, we fix it.
System warranty
We troubleshoot and repair covered faults, remotely or on-site.
Manufacturer warranty
Your components come with their own manufacturer warranties. If a claim is needed, we handle it for you.
The applicable warranty durations are as set out in your proposal.

Notify us
Let us know when something seems unusual. Monitoring doesn’t catch everything.

Diagnose
We review your system data, and may ask for simple checks, photos, or videos.

Remote fix
We guide you through a fix, such as rebooting the inverter, and keep monitoring.

On-site visit
We schedule an on-site visit when something can’t be fixed remotely.

Repair or replace
We repair or replace the faulty part and handle any manufacturer claim.
03 · INSURANCE
Protection from the unexpected.
Every Emit Solar system includes 1-year Solar PV for Home Insurance at no extra cost, with coverage based on the value of your system.
Fire
Covers loss of or damage to your solar PV system caused by fire.
Theft
Covers loss of your solar PV system through theft.
Accidental external damage
Covers accidental external damage, including damage caused by pests
Loss of savings protection
If a covered loss stops your system from working, you could get back the savings you lose for up to 6 months.
Coverage is subject to the insurer’s terms and conditions. You may renew at your own cost at the insurer’s prevailing rates. Before renewing, check what your home insurance already covers.

What warranty do I get with my solar system?+
Your system is backed by Emit Solar’s own warranty, on top of the manufacturer warranties on your components. The applicable warranty periods are stated in your Proposal.
What happens if I need to make a warranty claim?+
Tell us what’s wrong and we’ll handle the process — from diagnosis and troubleshooting to repair, replacement and any manufacturer claim that may be needed.
Is solar insurance included with my system?+
Yes. Every Emit Solar system includes 1 year of MSIG Solar PV for Home Insurance at no extra cost.
What happens after the first year of insurance?+
You can choose to renew the policy at your own cost at MSIG’s prevailing rates. Before renewing, check what your home insurance already covers.
